Top Pizza Spots in Seaside

December 15, 2020 | by Jen Anderson

Remember the old Little Caesar’s TV commercial, “Pizza! Pizza!”? That’s how excited we feel when it’s time to order a fresh, hot pizza — always a top family choice when you’re at the beach. Along with sand, surf and sunsets, Seaside happens to be known for its excellent pizzerias delivering top-notch pies. Here’s your guide to some of our favorite spots for an amazing slice. We hope you’re hungry!

Pizza Harbor — This is the old-school, locals’ favorite place where you’ll see kids’ baseball teams gather after a game. It remains a classic, with its satisfying combos made with fresh, hand-tossed crust (gluten-free by request), house-made sauce and create-your-own options. Adventurous palates can go for the unique toppings: smoked oysters and clams, anchovies, and shrimp.

Angelina’s Pizzeria & Cafe — This newcomer hits all the bases with easy online ordering for curbside pickup and delivery. All pies are available in three sizes and are made with hand-tossed crust (gluten-free by request) and homemade marinara. The Spicy Hot Topper pairs well with your favorite Oregon wine or Oregon craft brew, with grilled chicken or Italian beef, Roma tomatoes, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, Cajun spices and marinara, served with sour cream.

A&B Pizza — Serious pizza fans know this place is the real deal when it comes to hand-tossed dough and wood-fired perfection with premium toppings like capocollo, arugula and a bed of fresh basil. Don’t look to order online or call in — the one-man show is too busy and often closes shop after pies are sold out for the day. Your best bet is to come in early and place your order, then return to pick it up when your order is ready — we promise it’s worth it.

Seaside Fultano’s Pizza — With easy online ordering for takeout and delivery, this place is a surefire kid pleaser. Gen-Xers may even remember the nearby Astoria location, open since 1977. Find veggie options as well as full meat-lovers’ deals: a bacon-cheeseburger pizza, a teriyaki-chicken pizza, a BLT pizza and more. Yes, there’s a full slate of chicken wings, sandwiches, salads and desserts, too.

Dundee’s Bar and Grill At a sports bar where you might expect just steaks and burgers, visitors rave about the brick-oven pizzas, made thin and crispy with fresh dough and sauces made daily and a light dusting of cornmeal for the perfect texture. The pies come in two sizes: small or family, but you’ll definitely want the full pie since there’s no such thing as unwanted pizza leftovers. Keep it simple or try a specialty pie like the Tillamook Head, with salami, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, seasoned ground beef, sausage, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, onions, pineapple and sliced tomatoes.
