Celebrate the 4th at Seaside’s annual 4th of July Parade. The route will start at the south end of Necanicum. From Necanicum it will turn east on 1st Avenue, then south on Holladay Drive to Broadway, west to Columbia, east to 1st Avenue back to Necanicum.
