Join the park ranger at Fort Stevens State Park to observe birds in their natural habitat. Binoculars are provided. Dress for the weather and meet at Battery Russell. Fort Stevens State Park has a $5 day use fee. Oregon State Parks pass holders are exempt from the fee.
