Earth Day Dog Walk
Bring your leashed dog out to Lewis and Clark National Historical Park's Netul Landing for a 2 mile dog walk to help raise awareness about climate change as well as promote outdoor activities. At this walk community members can learn environmentally responsible ways to enjoy nature with their dogs along with more information about sustainability. Lewis & Clark Trail Run
This second event in the 2017 Lewis & Clark Trail Series is the Lewis and Clark Trail Run, featuring an approximately 6K walk/run or run a half-marathon course on the Fort to Sea Trail. The South Slough Scramble 5k/10k takes place in the scenic Lewis and Clark National Historical Park followed by a safety and health fair at Netul Landing. Lewis and Clark Trail Run
Lewis and Clark National Historical Park hosts its first Lewis and Clark Trail Run of the year to “bid adieu” to winter at Fort Clatsop and greet the arrival of spring. Lewis and Clark National Historical Park hosts the 9th annual South Clatsop Slough Scramble on National Public Lands Day. The start/finish line will be at the park’s Netul Landing, approximately 1½ miles south of Fort Clatsop. Free registration is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at Netul Landing.
