Ramen Night at Chez with Winter Waters. Thursday February 29th 5 pm – 8 pm.
Once every 4 years, we have the privilege of adding a bonus day to our year, February 29th, and being that 2024 is a Leap Year, we felt it appropriate to celebrate with a Winter Waters x CHēZ Ramen Night!
Chef Brae has spent over two decades honing her Ramen recipes and will be featuring both a vegan/gf option and an omnivore selection, with house-made noods and seaweed, of course. In addition, CHēZ will be serving seaweed salad and an in-house favorite, chocolate mochi brownie with miso caramel. Sake pairings will also be available for those interested.
