Halloween’s but once a year, so come on out and have no fear. Fly quickly with the wings of a bat, because Seaside is where all the fun’s at. Join us for a weekend of Halloween fun with Halloween Happenin’s in Seaside.

Saturday will kick the event off with the Witches/Warlocks Paddle Out sponsored by the SEPRD. There will be a lifeguard on duty and SUP boards will be available for people to use or bring your own. Meet at the Quatat Park boat launch at 9:00am, paddle starts at 10:00am. Right after the paddle, join the Halloween Carnival at Quatat Park from Noon – 3:00pm with fun games and very family friendly good times.

Sunday kicks off with the Pet Parade.  Sign in at 9:30am in front of The Cookie Jar. The parade will head up Broadway at 10:00am. Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for best costume. After the parade it’s time for Trunk Or Treat. Cars lined up near the turnaround are decorated to hand out candy to kids between 12:00pm – 2:00pm. Immediately after trunk or treat (around 2:15), it’s The Pumpkin Drop. A 1000lb pumpkin will be dropped from a giant crane into a pool full of squishy ducks & beavers which are available for purchase for $5.00. The mascot from each team that flies the farthest will win a cash prize.
