First Saturday Art Walk

Seaside’s First Saturday Art Walk is a free event that takes place between Holladay Drive and Broadway Street in the Historic Gilbert District of downtown Seaside.

TigerLily Gallery, 613 Broadway St.

Featuring the work of photographer Francisco Rengal, giclee reproduced from a photo.

SunRose Gallery, 606 Broadway St.

Featuring the stained glass mosaics of Anna Meyrick, introducing new artist Annie Mattison and her whimsical beach collages, and new Message Dolls by Jan Barber. Light appetizers will be served, and live music will be provided by David Crabtree & Ray Coffey.

Pacific Heirloom Art and Collectables, 608 Broadway St.

Discovering the unexpected and understanding the timeless and unconventional beauty in a shop full of historic one-of-a-kind treasures and antiques.

Fairweather House and Gallery, 612 Broadway St.

Opening reception for A COMPLETE UNKNOWN, an exhibition that features art outside the range of one’s current experience. Highlighting the unfamiliar mixed media works by Agnes Field, imaginary abstracts by Helvi Smith, and introducing unique glass sculptures by JoAnn Wellner. Seaside Live Painting (™) demonstration Paul Brent. Live music by Larry Calame. Door prizes by Seaside/ Gearhart naturalist Neal Maine.

Seaside’s taproom features all the local Northwest-named beers, wines, and ciders combined with an ever-changing art display. Art patrons will enjoy a relaxed environment where adults can converge to share stories, play games, and meet other like-minded souls in a cozy coastal environment.
