SOLVE Spring Beach Cleanup – POSTPONED

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED – rescheduled for July 5, 2020.
Meet up at the Seaside Beach Turnaround for the SOLVE Spring Beach Cleanup. This event is part of the annual Beach & Riverside Cleanup and the International Coastal Cleanup, a world-wide effort to keep our beaches healthy and reduce the impacts to marine life.
Dress for rain or shine, wear sturdy shoes and meet on Seaside beach at the Turnaround. SOLVE will provide bags and gloves. Don’t forget about the small stuff. The #1 items found on Oregon beaches are tiny bits of plastic and cigarette butts, which are harmful to shore birds and marine life. Bring an old colander or kitty litter scoop to sift the sand for these items.
