Lunch in the Loft with Jackie Shannon Hollis, This Particular Happiness . Jackie grew up in Condon, Oregon, expecting to follow the traditional country girl’s path of marriage, children and happily ever after. However, Jackie left Condon for college, married, divorced and eventually met the man of her dreams. A man who definitely did not want children. Until she held her niece, she was fine with that decision. And then the longing began.
This Particular Happiness is Jackie’s story of coming to terms with this decision, not only her own feelings, but the disappointment she knows she has caused for her family. Jackie is a true delight and This Particular Happiness is most definitely a love story.
