Seaside’s First Saturday Art Walk is a free event that takes place between Holladay Drive and Broadway Street in the Historic Gilbert District of downtown Seaside.

Salon on Broadway, 600 Broadway St.

Featuring the artwork of Kegan French, owner, stylist, and artist

SunRose Gallery, 606 Broadway St.

This month, featuring the new work of three resident artists: mosaic artist Anna Meyrick Kirkpatrick, upcycle artist Patty Thurlby, and painter Mimi Cernyar Fox. Live music will be provided by David Crabtree and SunRose owner Ray Coffey, and light appetizers will be served.

TigerLily Gallery, 613 Broadway St.

Featuring artist and art instructor Edi Olson, based in Vancouver, Washington. Olson paints with a palette knife, then uses a brush to refine and add detail. Works feature ocean scenes, her favorite subject.

Pacific Heirloom Art and Collectables, 608 Broadway St.

Featuring the art of collecting heirloom glass floats and showcasing the art of mermaids

Fairweather House and Gallery, 612 Broadway St.

Opening reception for FEARLESS, the exhibition features N.W. artists Vanessa K. Stokes, Sharon Kathleen Johnson, Michael Muldoon, Lee Munsell, and Peg Wells. Each artist has a backstory of creating art while braving outside elements. Artist talks at 5: 30 p.m. Neal Maine, naturalist, biologist, and photographer, lectures at 6 p.m.

The Whet Spot, 12 N. Holladay Dr.

Seaside’s taproom features all the local Northwest named beers, wines, ciders, and an ever-changing gallery display of local abstract and whimsical art.

Starry Night Inn and Art Hotel, 811 1st Ave.

Each room in the hotel, including the lobby, dining room, and halls, features original art and prints from a curated list of Portland, Oregon artists.
