Junior Beach Lifeguard Camp

jr lifeguardLearn how to be safe and keep others safe while at the beach. Our experienced lifeguards will teach the fundamentals of how to recognize and help rescue a distressed swimmer in open water. Bring wetsuit, swimsuit, snacks, and sunscreen and enjoy the outdoors. A swim test is required to enter this camp.

This class is open to ages 10-18 years old. Class fee is $200 ($175 for residents) and includes transportation to and from the beach, surfboard, Jr. Lifeguard shirt, helmet, and lunch. Limit of 12 per session. Call (503) 738-3311 for more information.
