To qualify for reduced media rates and/or complimentary passes, Seaside, Oregon hotels and attractions request that travel journalists be credentialed. The Seaside Visitors Bureau maintains records of all media visits. Please submit the following documentation:

Staff travel journalists or photographers

Travel journalists, editors and photographers working as paid staff at magazines, newspapers, websites, travel radio programs and/or travel television programs should submit a business card and a supervisor's contact information.

Freelance travel journalists and photographers

Freelance travel journalists and photographers on assignment should submit a letter of assignment and their editors' contact information. Freelance travel journalists without a specific assignment may submit 4-5 travel articles published within the past 12 months and carrying the journalist's byline. Submitted clips must be bylined and dated.
